Purchases:

A 50% deposit is required at the initial order. The remaining amount will be due in order to receive your order.

All personalized information must be proofed by the customer. Any corrections must be made before the order is placed. Once the final order is received and if the error was not corrected by the customer then the customer is still responsible for the payment of the order.

Most forms of payment are accepted. Payment plans, if needed, are available:

• Cash
• Check
• Paypal
• Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are processed through Paypal.

Sales tax of 7.975% will be applied to all orders.

Delivery charges will be applied to all product orders made through a supplier.


Envelope Services:

I will only accept address lists in Microsoft Word or Excel format. Excel is preferred and an outline file will be provided to you via e-mail at no additional cost. No handwritten lists will be accepted.

Your list should contain the name(s), address, city, state and zip code of each of the recipients as you would like them to appear on your envelope. If inside envelopes are to be used, your address list should contain how they should be worded as well. If you are unsure of how someone should be addressed, I would be happy to assist you. Please keep in mind that I will address your envelopes however it is listed, so make sure to double check the spelling and proper etiquette addressing of your recipients.

Approximate turnaround time for addressing is 1 week for every 100 envelopes.

A rush charge of 25% of the envelope service order will be charged to customers who need the addressing done in less than 7 days.

Plan on providing at least 10% more envelopes than needed, or a minimum of 10 additional envelopes (for orders of 50 addresses or less), or whichever is more. The additional envelopes allow for names to be added to the list or for addressing errors. I will return any unused envelopes.

I will correct any errors on my part at no additional charge. If a customer needs to make a change to an item that is already completed then the customer will be charged for the item to be redone.
